Never disappoints to go to Russo’s to have a cold beer with garlic knots and some pasta. As a server myself, I’m very observant. I notice how Sergio, the manager is ALWAYS checking up on me to make sure I’m fine. And Raymond my server, did a great job at explaining food items and drink recommendations. 10/10 experience.
Great food & amazing service. The manager sergio was real attentive towards tables in the restaurant and constantly checked up on us to make sure everything was okay. Will definitely be going back! BEST SERVICE IVE HAD !!
Stopped by recently & was attended by Sergio. He recommended my wife and I to try the chicken piccatta or the chicken parmesan with angel hair so we decided to give both a try and they were delicious. Great service and food quality. Definitely recommend!
we always go somewhere to eat after practice. this friday we chose Russos. we always get the buffalo wings and a doppio pepperoni slice. i really enjoy the garlic bread they bring the table. this place is pretty consistent with good food. i feel like the service is a little slow but we were 10 in the group so i understand.
It was a very delightful and wonderful dinning experience we arrived about 30 minutes before they close and we're going to order take out, the host told us there was no problem to please come in and eat, we met Matt C. Our waiter who was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly this made us feel very welcome and right at home, he made some excellent recommendations, being from NY and always looking for a nice Italian dinner this was definitely the right spot, the food was abundant, and plenty to share, with excellent choices, and very fresh, between the service and the food this will now become one of my top places to visit in Brownsville ask for Matt he was great, and he can give you some great recommendations.
Food is delicious, service is amazing! I go quite often and have never had any issues with anything. Every time I go and Sergio is working, he consistently checks up on my table and makes sure my experience there is nothing but great. Definitely one of my favorites restaurants in Brownsville. I would and have recommended this restaurant multiple times.
We recently reserved the room in the back for a small event and it all turned out great. Sergio helped us out letting us set up early and serving all the food. We were a big group but he was very attentive.
Stopped for lunch with my wife and we weren't disappointed. I'm from Chicago and Chicago has the best pizza in the nation outside of Italy. But this New York Spot in Brownsville Texas is it. I've been nothing but disappointed with the pizza around town until I stopped here. My family isn't going to eat pizza from any other Brownsville location.. there's no need to search any further....Russo's Pizza is it for me.. The ingredients were delicious and fresh.
